REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for subscriptions, services, and fees associated with BeautyRightBack (Licensed to Glow). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of every billing cycle. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. Licensed to Glow does not offer refunds on any subscriptions, late cancellations, or no-show fees.

Subscription Refunds

BeautyRightBack operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription plans and services. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees
  • Premium subscription upgrades
  • Additional service add-ons
  • Promotional or discounted subscription rates

All subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage or circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription types and billing cycles.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the current billing period ends. Cancellations made after the billing cycle has begun will not result in a refund for that billing period.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team. However, please note the following:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins
  • You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, regardless of when you cancel
  • Cancellations do not delete your account; they only stop future billing

If you subscribed through a third-party service (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you must cancel through that platform according to their cancellation procedures.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees

BeautyRightBack enforces a strict policy regarding appointment cancellations and no-shows:

Late Cancellation Policy

A "Late Cancellation" occurs when you cancel an appointment after the specified cancellation period has ended (typically 24 hours before the scheduled appointment). A late cancellation fee of $30 will be charged. Late cancellation fees are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

A "No-Show" refers to failing to attend your scheduled appointment or arriving more than 10 minutes after the appointment start time without prior notification. A no-show fee of $40 will be charged. No-show fees are non-refundable.

These fees are imposed to compensate our partner salons for reserved time slots and are final upon assessment. We do not provide refunds, credits, or waivers for these fees under any circumstances.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party service, their refund policies may apply:

Apple App Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID account or Apple Support. BeautyRightBack cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.

Google Play Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Google through your Google Play account or Google Play Help. BeautyRightBack cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases.

Please note that third-party refund policies may differ from our policy, and approval of refunds through these platforms is at their sole discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

In very limited circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • Technical errors that prevent service access for extended periods
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Legal requirements under applicable consumer protection laws

Any consideration of refunds under exceptional circumstances is at BeautyRightBack's sole discretion and does not establish a precedent for future refund requests.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate billing disputes and, if an error is confirmed, will process appropriate corrections.

Important: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment provider may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
